October 2008 in preparation for the new expansion Grim Batol saw the birth of a new guild - Velocity. A lot of time has passed since then and a lot of blood, sweat and tears has been invested by it's members and officers.

Today it is time for Velocity to take its last breath as a raiding guild and say goodbye to all of the good people and wish them good luck. We managed to finish off our third Val'anyr and that marks an ending of a great time.

I'd like to thank everyone that I played with, it's been an honor and I wish you all the best.

After some weeks of tanks dcing, trying different tactics, tanks getting sick and what not I think we've wiped to everything you can wipe to on Anub by now - tonight we went in with 6 tries left and killed him on the first attempt!

Well done everyone now looking forward to doing Insanity!

We started out by going to TotGC and have a look at Twins, with a new approach to the fight we immidiately saw some improvements and they went down after about 5-6 tries!

We then continued in Ulduar and went on to oneshot Algalon with a total of 24 deaths over the course of the fight!

Congratulations everyone and lets focus on Anub and Yogg+0!

Today Yogg-Saron met his demise with only one watcher assisting us, the fight is very easily tuned to be a hardmode and it was slightly disappointing but finally we got our drakes!

Long overdue kill, Algalon finally went down with Snö going protection and me healing. It was a recipe for success and we can now entitle ourselves Starcallers!
